I think if nothing else, I walked away from my first class in photography with a love of diptychs.  Of course, there was much more else, like the part where I learned what aperture was, and also what the mysterious ‘white balance’ was. But also, how much do I love taking pictures of my friends and making them look serious for me? They did a fabulous job!
